The free score

The free Agent Conversion Score costs nothing and needs no cancellation.

One-off products

This covers the Agent Conversion Score full report and the Simulated Agent Buyer diagnosis.

• If we cannot deliver, for example because your site refuses all automated requests and a live agent check cannot reach it either, we tell you before starting and refund in full.
• If we have not started, you can cancel by email and we refund in full.
• Once delivered, a report is not refundable, because the work is done. If something in it is wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will correct and reissue it at no charge.

Monthly plans

This covers the Re-scan plan, Agent regression and Recommendation Monitoring.

• Cancel any time by email or from your account. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew.
• No refunds for part-months, and no minimum term.
• If a monthly run fails on our side and we cannot rerun it within that month, the month is credited.

Hosted Agent Layer

Setup fees, notice periods and service levels for the Hosted Agent Layer are set out in the order form signed at the start of each pilot.

How to ask

Email us with your site address and what you would like to cancel or have refunded. We reply within two working days and refund to the original payment method within ten working days of agreeing a refund.
